Student Ambassadorship

I served as a Student Ambassador for the Office of Asian Pacific Islander Desi Student Engagement from 2021-22. During this time, I was responsible for a variety of different tasks like maintaining the office space for students to use freely and managing the social media. Most importantly, I worked with my fellow student ambassadors, graduate assistant, and program director to curate events and programs dedicated to nurturing student APID culture and experiences. I also collaborated with ambassadors from other spaces like the Office of Hispanic-Latinx Student Engagement, Office of Black Student Engagement, and Office of LGBTQ+ Student Engagement to encourage diversity and sharing of culture and traditions under the Center of Inclusion and Multicultural Engagement. I was nominated as Student Ambassador of the Year in 2022 when I finished my time in this position.
